Kimberly Bukowski joined the Cornell Dairy Foods Extension team to provide leadership for the Dairy Foods Certificate Program, including program oversight, marketing, and development. Kim also provides GFSI consulting and training to the industry. Kim has been in the Dairy and Food Industry her entire career, with roles in quality and plant management in the ice cream and milk industries. As manager of the Cornell Dairy Plant she developed and implemented a HACCP system modeled under the NCIMS HACCP program. Kim has expertise in dairy processing, plant auditing, food safety and quality programs and is certified in Better Processing Controls. She has worked as a consultant to several food companies and is a certified SQF auditor and SQF trainer. Kim is a member and past-president of NY State Association for Food Protection.
Mr. Tedd Wittenbrink as a Vice President at Randolph Associates has more than 30 years of food industry experience in the areas of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Product Quality and Specialized Training. He is an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Auditor and has a proven track record in developing and implementing Food Safety / Quality Assurance Programs. His employment history includes tenures with Beatrice Foods, Hawthorn Mellody Farms Dairy, and Borden Inc. During his career, he has held positions of QC Manager, Director of Quality, and Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. Tedd has assisted clients in the areas of HACCP Plan Development, HACCP Certification Training, SQF Implementation Training, Process Troubleshooting, Food Safety Program Development and Quality Assurance Programs.
